If your item arrives faulty or damaged we will be happy to offer you a full refund. Please send pictures to email@example.com, clearly showing the faults and any other details that we may need to review this. As soon as we have received the pictured clearly showing the faults, we will issue a full refund or coupon (which ever you prefer).
In the unlikely circumstance that you receive the wrong item we will replace it for you or offer you a full refund or coupon.
If your items do not fit your are welcome to return these in exchange for a credit to use in store to the full value of your returned items. Simply contact us for the return shipping address and provide us with the tracking number.
If you would like to replace your items for any other reason you may do so and we will provide you with a credit to use in store to the value of your returned items.
Please note that return international shipping will be at your expense.
We do not offer refunds or replacements if you decide you do not like your items.
