CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We try to get out orders out as quickly as possible. We can only make changes to orders up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. Please contact us here with your order number and change request, or send an email to email@example.com.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, we send an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at the checkout. Please make sure to check your junk folder if you did not receive it.
How do I check on my Order?
You can check the shipping status of your order my logging into your account. When your order has been shipped the fulfillment status will show 'Fulfilled'. If you would like more information on the progress of your order including tracking details, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org - we will provide these details right away for you.
I don't know what size to choose?
Please see our sizing page here. We explain how to choose your size. Don't worry, we allow exchanges if your items do not fit.
Do you have any physical stores?
We are an online store only at the moment. We ship our items all over the world (and offer free shipping!). We plan to open physical stores in the future - but at the moment, being solely online allows us to run a lean operation and keep our prices low!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer Free Worldwide Shipping to all of our customers. We also offer paid Express Shipping. You can select your preferred shipping option at the checkout.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
After you have placed your order it takes about 24-48 hours for us to process and ship your order. Currently our Free International Shipping takes 10-18 business days to be delivered after it has been shipped. Currently our Express International Shipping takes 6-8 business days to be delivered after it has been shipped.
How can I choose my shipping option?
At the checkout, after you have entered your address, you will be given the option to choose either Free Shipping or Express Shipping for your order. Simply choose your preferred option.
How can I track my order?
We will have your tracking results available 2-3 days after your order has been shipped. Contact us here or at email@example.com and we will provide you with these details
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Customers are responsible for paying any import fees, duties or tax if these apply. Our items are shipped from our warehouse in China so please be aware of this before placing your order. Please note, if packages are not collected and are subsequently returned to us, we will issue a 75% refund due to fees incurred from failed collection and return to sender shipping.
An item is missing from my order?
Sometimes we send items in separate packages. If an item is missing from your order it is most likely still on it's way. Please contact us if you are concerned about a missing item and we will provide tracking details. In the unlikely circumstance that an item was not included in your packages, we will offer a refund or send a replacement to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including visa debit. We use Paypal to process all of our payments – the largest secure payment provider in the world. In Paypal’s words ‘We combine world-class anti-fraud detection with 24/7 account monitoring to keep your information safe’. Our website and checkout is secure with an SSL Certificate enabled to ensure your privacy.
Do I have to have a Paypal Account?
Not at all. When your are directed to Paypal to make payment simply choose the option to 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card'.
I have store credit, how can I use it?
Your store credit code can be entered at the checkout. As soon as it has been entered the credit amount will be applied to your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
My items do not fit, can I exchange them?
Sure! Simply send us an email and tell us what items you would like to exchange. We will provide you with the return instructions. Once your order has been delivered back to us we will provide you with store credit so that you can place your new order. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, returned items must be unworn with tags attached. Please note, return shipping to our warehouse in China is not covered by The Style Brothers, we will issue up to USD$15 extra store credit for the cost of return shipping (receipt required).
I received a faulty item?
We want to fix this for you right away. Please contact us with a photo of the fault and any details and we will make it right. If the fault is confirmed we will refund you or send you a replacement.
The label on my item shows the wrong size, what should I do?
The label on your items may show a different size to what you have ordered – please don’t be alarmed! Some of our stock has been sourced from international suppliers which have different sizing metrics. We convert all products to US sizing on our site. The size you receive will always convert to the US size you have ordered. For more information please refer to our sizing page HERE.
THE MEASUREMENTS OF MY ITEM ARE WRONG, WHAT CAN I DO?
If the measurements of your item are more than 3cm different to what is shown on the size chart for size you have ordered, we will refund or replace your item. Please send photos clearly showing the incorrect measurements to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My Order was not delivered?
If your order was not delivered we will always refund you or send a replacement. Please contact us to let us know that you have not received your order. We will offer a refund or replacement if the order was not delivered within 60 days

We do not offer refunds if you decide you do not like your items. We will issue store credit for returned items only. Please select your items carefully. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or make a claim.
